Early Bird Arcade is a free games site for kids. This page is for grown-ups.

What we collect
Nothing that identifies your child. There are no accounts, logins, names, chat, uploads, email sign-ups, location, push notifications, purchases, loot boxes or analytics.
High scores, levels and stars are saved only in this browser's local storage, on this device. They are never sent to us. You can delete them with the Clear button above or by clearing your browser data.

About ads
Ads are switched off right now. The site loads only its own files. The dashed boxes marked "Advertisement" show where an ad may appear in the future.
This site shows a small number of kid-safe ads to help pay for the free games.
If and when ads are turned on, this is how they work:
- Contextual only. Ads are chosen from the page they appear on, not from anything about your child. Every ad request is tagged for Google's child treatment ("tag for age treatment" = child), which turns off personalized ads and remarketing and blocks third-party ad vendors such as measurement pixels.
- Where ads can appear: on the home page, on this page, and on a game's menu or "round over" screen. Never while a game is being played.
- Where ads never appear: the Learn & Play games for ages 5–8 (Letter Lagoon, Trace Town, Number Garden).
- No pop-up, full-screen or video ads that interrupt play, and no "watch an ad to get a reward." Nothing in any game can be bought.
- Every ad sits in a box labelled "Advertisement".
- We ask our ad provider to block sensitive ad categories (for example dating, gambling, politics and sensational ads). Filters are not perfect. If you see an ad that seems wrong for kids, please tell us at our parent contact email (coming soon).
- Ad technology may use a device identifier such as an IP address or a cookie only to deliver the ad, limit how often it shows, and prevent fraud. COPPA calls this "support for internal operations" (16 CFR 312.2). It is never used to build a profile of your child or to show ads based on their behavior.

Children's privacy notice (COPPA)
- Operator: Early Bird Arcade is operated by an Oregon LLC.
- Contact: Contact details are coming soon.
- What we collect from children: no personal information is requested or collected. Game progress stays on the device.
- Persistent identifiers: none while ads are off.our ad provider (Google AdSense) may receive the device's IP address and use an ad cookie, only for contextual ads, frequency capping, security and fraud prevention ("support for internal operations").
- Who else receives information: our web host, Cloudflare (to deliver pages) and Google AdSense (to deliver child-treated contextual ads). We do not sell or share children's information.
- Retention: we keep nothing about children. See the Privacy Policy for host and ad provider retention.
- Parents' rights: you can review or delete anything stored on your device at any time (Clear button above). Because we do not collect personal information from children, we have none to review or delete, but you can always contact us.
